Because of its population and central location, Austin is a hub for immigrant and refugee populations. Here at Westover, we want the warmth of God’s family to be a safe haven for individuals and families from all over the world.
International Bible Class
Sunday mornings // 9:15 - 10:15am // Westover classroom C208
Swahili, Kinyarwanda, and English are spoken in our Sunday morning International Bible Class. This weekly gathering is intended to build community between the Africans and Americans at Westover as we praise God through singing, personal testimony, teaching, and prayer. All are welcome!
African Cultural Worship Service
Last Sunday of each month // 10:30am // Westover classroom C208
Swahili, Kinyarwanda, and English are spoken. On the last Sunday of each month, the African community at Westover worships together.
Van Service
Every Sunday morning
It’s easy to take for granted something as “simple” as a vehicle. But many of our brothers and sisters who are new to Austin and new to the United States do not own a vehicle of their own and therefore transportation to and from church can be an obstacle. Westover addresses this need tangibly by operating a van service on Sunday mornings, so members of our international community can enjoy worship and fellowship at church too.

For International Kids and Students
WestoverKids and Youth Ministry are for you!
For families with kids of all ages, your children (birth through 5th grade) are welcome at all WestoverKids programs and your teens (6th through 12th grade) are invited to youth ministry programs. Kids and students from all backgrounds fit right in with our children’s and youth Bible classes, activities, small groups and more.
