He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ. (Colossians 1:28)
Our hope in the youth ministry is to use relationships as Jesus did to mature students in their understanding of Jesus’ love, service, and action, and to prepare them for a life of faith. We provide opportunities for them to learn about Jesus, share about their faith in Jesus, serve others in the name of Christ, and spend time in community with other believers.

School Year Gatherings:

• High school and middle school meet Sunday mornings at 9:15pm. We begin our time together with donuts and reconnecting with one another, and then we divide into middle school and high school Growth Groups, taught by one of our youth ministers.
• High school and middle school meet Sunday nights from 5:30pm-7:00pm for Huddles and Middle School Camp. Both begin with snacks, volleyball, and hanging out in the gym!
• Huddles are split into their freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior classes and are led by two KidSafe trained couples, called Huddle Leaders, for Bible study and discussion.
• Middle School Camp is for all of our 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th graders where we meet with Andrew Lang and KidSafe trained volunteers for Bible study and discussion.
• High School Girls’ and Guys’ Bible studies meet every 1^st and 3rd Wednesday night at Westover from 7:00pm-8:30pm. These groups are led by Kathrine Pimentel and Roman Smith, respectively.
• High School Inklings is an apologetics and theology discussion group that meets every 2^nd Wednesday night at Westover. This is led by Christian Pimentel.
• Middle School Meet-Up is a time for our middle schoolers every 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd Wednesday night at Westover where we talk about how we see Jesus and be Jesus in the world. This is led by Andrew Lang.
• Youth Band meets every 4^th Wednesday night at Westover for rehearsal. The Youth Band isn’t necessarily and open group, but if your student is interested in being involved, please email jerry.yoder@westover.org.
• Parent Huddle is a group for parents of youth to meet together to support, encourage, and grow with one another. This happens on Sunday nights from 5:30pm-7:00pm and is led by Chad & Kara Dennis, Wilson & Tanya Robertson, and Deric & Melanie Spindler.
