3M Half Marathon this Sunday @ 5:45am!!
This Sunday, January 27th volunteers are still needed to hand out water to the over 5,000 runners that will be racing in front of our building. Show up at the building at 5:45am. Please email Scott Warner if you can help
Last Week for On-Line Directory photos!
Our volunteer photographers have taken over 800 photos for our secure on-line directory. This is the last Sunday we will be taking your photo! Please come by if you haven't had your member photo taken.
Photographers will be available before class (8:45-9:00am), between class and worship, (10:00-10:20am), and after worship.
New Single Mom's Class on Wednesdays
Single/divorced/separated moms are invited to discover hope, encouragement, and connection in a new class created just for them at 7:00 pm in room C207. This class kicks-off with an inspiring 13-week video series presented by author/speaker/single mom Angela Thomas entitled, "Do You Think I'm Beautiful?" New Marriage Bible Class Series begins
Join us this Sunday as we start a five-week series on how to keep your marriage affair-proof. This week, one of our own Westover couples will share their incredible testimony of how God rescued their marriage from the depths of an affair to a Godly marriage. This series is open to anyone in Westover who wants to attend, so please join us this Sunday morning at 9am in the back section of the Family Room.
Westover's Leadership Training for Christ (WLTC)
LTC (3-12th graders & their families) is ready to roll! Westover will be attending the Dallas LTC CONVENTION this year, Mar 21-22 (Easter weekend). Please stop by the Westover LTC (WLTC) table at the base of the staircase in the lobby for forms and information. Group event practices start next Sun, Feb 3. We need more coaches and volunteers. There will be a meeting on Sun, Jan 27, right after worship assembly in Noble45 Room B201 upstairs, for all coaches and coordinators, and anyone interested in helping with WLTC. In order to better communicate and prevent duplication of emails from Westover, a church-wide listserve has been created for all Westover members. This e-news letter will be only used for announcements: 1) appropriate for the majority of our members and/or are of an urgent nature (i.e. changes due to inclement weather, etc...). If you are subscribed to a specific ministry's email list (i.e. children's ministry or youth), you will continue to receive those emails.
